Terms and Conditions
Rates are based on single/double occupancy (max 2 persons). Prices are inclusive of GST. Payments can be made by Visa, Master card, Diners, American Express, Cheque, Bank card or cash.

High season: 1st December until April, Public Holidays, Special Margaret River Events.
Low season: 1st May until November.

Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends and public holidays. Minimum of three nights stay during Easter. A 10% cleaning surcharge applies to Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. A 20% surcharge applies for the Leeuwin concert weekend.

All other cancellations will have a $50 Administration Fee
